Refund Policy

At Matrachhaya Foundation, we value the trust and generosity of every individual who supports our mission to bring healthcare, education, and community development opportunities to those in need. Transparency and accountability are central to the way we work, and this includes being clear about our donation and refund policy.

All contributions made to Matrachhaya Foundation are used solely for charitable purposes. Once a donation has been received and a tax-exempt receipt has been issued, we normally do not provide refunds. This is because donations are immediately allocated to ongoing programs, including medical camps, educational initiatives, and essential welfare services for underprivileged communities.

However, we recognize that errors can occur. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally donate twice, we will process a refund for the additional amount.

  • Technical Errors: In cases where a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, we will verify the payment with our service provider and issue a refund if applicable.

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe your card or bank details were misused, kindly notify us immediately. After verification, the disputed donation may be refunded.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction, providing your donation details (date, amount, and mode of payment). Requests can be made by emailing us at

Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days, subject to banking procedures.
